This Privacy Policy describes how Gigbook collects, uses and protects information when you use the Gigbook mobile app or visit gigbook.app. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this document.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Through the mobile app
Gigbook does not create user accounts or directly request personal information. All your data (bands, songs, setlists) is stored exclusively on your device. However, the App uses the following third-party services from Google LLC that automatically collect certain information:
Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)
Collects usage events (screens visited, in-app actions, session duration), app instance ID, technical
device information (model, operating system, language), and approximate location derived from a masked
IP address (city level). None of these data points are linked to your personal identity, as Gigbook
does not use Firebase's setUserId() function.
Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)
Collects crash reports and unexpected app closures (stack traces), app version, device model and operating
system version, and a unique Crashlytics installation UUID. This identifier is not linked to any personal
identity.
2.2 Through gigbook.app (waitlist)
If you sign up for our waitlist at gigbook.app, we collect your email address with your prior, express consent. This data is stored in Firebase Firestore (Google LLC) and is used solely to notify you when Gigbook becomes available on app stores.

4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share data with Google LLC as the provider of Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Firestore. Google acts as a data sub-processor. We do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. International Data Transfers
Data is processed by Google LLC on servers located in the United States. Google has adequate protection mechanisms in place in accordance with international privacy standards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. We declare this international transfer and confirm that the recipient provides sufficient data protection guarantees.

7. Security
All data transmitted between Gigbook and Firebase servers is protected with TLS/HTTPS encryption. Gigbook does not store any personal data on external servers of its own; all app information (setlists, songs, bands) is stored exclusively on your device.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, as well as to withdraw consent previously given for its processing.

9. Children's Privacy
Gigbook is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian authorization to use the App.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made. If the changes are significant, we will notify you via a notice in the App or on the website.
